Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with key business partners and articulate product needs clearly.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Measure and interpret results to validate product strategy and support strategic opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement point of sale platforms and complex customer capabilities.

Job Description:


As the Product Management, Point of Sale, you will lead the Point of Sales strategy, development, and implementation in all markets. You will create omni experiences that enhance customer engagement, associate enablement, and operational efficiency.

* Define the product roadmap by working with your product management counterparts and leaders to identify and drive forward new capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domain.
* Implemented vendor software and developed strong vendor partnerships.
* Passion for retail innovation and emerging technologies.
* Write robust requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with the engineering teams to deliver and test quality software.
* Develop and manage project plans and key stakeholder engagement strategy on all initiatives.
* Build relationships with key business partners and other brand stakeholders; articulates product needs clearly to different audiences and cross functional partners.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of industry trends and standards to introduce the continual process, tool and methodology improvements.
* Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy; Provide research, analysis, and support for identifying, evaluating, and resolving strategic opportunities
* Experience in designing, developing and implementing point of sale platforms, APIs, and/or complex customer capabilities.
* Points of Sale and store applications experience strongly preferred.
