The role is a 12-month maternity cover and offers a remote-first working arrangement with occasional visits to the London office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain feature specifications in collaboration with technical and content teams.
  • Manage the product backlog—prioritising, refining, and organising epics and stories with engineering.
  • Coordinate delivery—supporting sprint planning, unblocking dependencies, and driving cross-functional progress.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation standards for clarity and alignment.
  • Support jurisdictional expansion by coordinating with QA and spider teams to onboard and track new regulatory sources.
  • Liaise between product, tech, QA, and commercial teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Contribute to the usability and reliability of the regulatory dataset.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable delivery plans alongside the Head of Product.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, data, or B2B platforms.
  • A structured, proactive approach to managing complex problems and fast-paced delivery.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with data and structured content, with a mindset focused on usability.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Productboard, or Notion.
  • A collaborative spirit and hands-on approach to getting things done.
