Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and client services teams to build and enhance product offerings.
- Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product roadmaps.
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Drive technical transformation initiatives, ensuring solutions' scalability, reliability, and security.

Working for a B2B SAAS software business that sells specialist workflow software, the Contract Product Manager / B2B SAAS Product Manager role involves working as part of an existing product team to support through a period of high activity. They have a broad range of requirements, new features and bug fixes that need to be evaluated, written up and prioritised. The role is mostly focussed on evaluation, prioritisation and delivery, planning and leading 2 weekly sprints and communicating new releases with sales and other relevant stakeholders. This is a 6-month contract role and is OUTSIDE IR35. The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in their Oxfordshire offices.
The Contract Product Manager / B2B SAAS Product Manager will:
