Summary: The Product Manager role involves supporting the delivery of a Contact Centre Project for a Central Government organization on a 12-month contract. The position requires overseeing the development of delivery plans and managing partner activities for the implementation of a new Contact Centre solution. The role also includes leading service integrations with existing providers. This position is hybrid and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of end-to-end delivery plans including all owned services and integrations plus the ongoing management of partner delivery activities to these plans.
• Support/Lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution.
• Leading on all owned service integrations through liaison between the new Contact Centre partner and any existing services providers, e.g., PCI Pal, Verint, etc.

Key Skills:

• Experience in product management, particularly in a government or public sector context.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and liaison skills for working with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Experience in managing integrations with third-party services.
