Summary: The Product Manager role involves supporting the delivery of a Contact Centre Project for a Central Government organisation on a 12-month contract. The position requires overseeing the development of delivery plans and managing partner activities for the implementation of a new Contact Centre solution. The role also includes leading service integrations and ensuring effective communication between the new partner and existing service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of end-to-end delivery plans including all owned services and integrations plus the ongoing management of partner delivery activities to these plans.
- Support / Lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution.
- Leading on all owned service integrations through liaison between the new Contact Centre partner and any existing services providers, e.g., PCI Pal, Verint, etc.
Key Skills:
- Experience in product management, particularly in a government or public sector context.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to develop and manage delivery plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Contact Centre solutions and service integrations.
