Detailed Description From Employer:

I'm working with a government department who are seeking a Product Manager to drive/own a new Gov Service. This role is somewhat 70% strategic, 30% product heavy. It straddles both Technology and Delivery. The successful candidate MUST have central government experience or exposure to working within government bodies, as well as a developed understanding of how to build and manage government services and the GDS (Government Digital Service) lifecycle. This is a pre-requisite necessity for the role. The role is user needs driven and the client is seeking someone with a flexible, pragmatic approach to delivery, emphasis on being receptive/adaptable to barriers or challenges. This role would suit someone who has worked in tandem with Architects, Delivery Managers and technical staff. The role is hybrid , with 1-2 days required on site in the client’s Manchester City Centre based office. Day Rate: £400 per day, OUTSIDE IR35. Duration: Initial 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension to 12 months. Please enquire within for further information.
