Summary: The Product Manager is responsible for leading business change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of technology changes within business operations. This role involves collaborating with Technology Delivery Managers and Product teams to translate technology delivery into tangible business outcomes. The focus is on managing change, assessing risks, and ensuring that changes deliver measurable value to regulatory objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business change activities to support technology delivery programmes and projects
  • Assess and manage business readiness, impact and adoption risks
  • Develop and execute change and adoption plans, ensuring smooth transition to live services
  • Define and maintain business change plans aligned to delivery roadmaps
  • Ensure alignment between technology delivery timelines and business implementation
  • Coordinate activities such as training, communications and business engagement
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams and senior leaders
  • Act as the bridge between delivery teams and operational business areas
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making forums and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Analyse and document business process, organisational and operating model impacts
  • Identify risks to adoption, operational disruption and regulatory compliance
  • Define mitigation strategies to ensure safe and controlled implementation
  • Ensure changes are effectively embedded into BAU operations
  • Support the transition from project delivery to service ownership
  • Monitor early life support and ensure stabilisation of services post go-live
  • Operate within client governance frameworks, ensuring change is controlled, auditable and compliant
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure alignment with risk, control and regulatory expectations

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience delivering business change within technology programmes
