Product Manager

Summary: The role of Product Manager (Credit Product) involves leading the credit product strategy and delivery within a lending team in Dublin, Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

• Support credit product strategy and delivery leveraging experience in Corporate Lending.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including Business stakeholders and Delivery squads.
• Engage with key business partners to define Business Credit requirements.
• Document requirements in the form of Epics/User stories and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with SMEs across delivery squads for cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrate understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory aspects.
• Deliver major functionalities in the lending domain with contributions in corporate lending.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Design Team to resolve design challenges.
• Define customer-centric solutions that meet current and future business needs.
• Support end-to-end solution delivery from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and ceremonies in project execution.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as SME in Corporate Lending.
• Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products.
• Ability to support end-to-end solution delivery.
• Experience in large-scale credit transformation programmes.
• Well versed with Agile methodologies.
