Summary: The role of Product Manager involves overseeing the product lifecycle for airtime sales-related digital products within the media industry, specifically focusing on software for Airtime sales and scheduling. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product transitions and launches. The role is hybrid, based in Central London, and is set for a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have experience with specific scheduling software and a strong background in the TV/Media/Film sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the product lifecycle for airtime sales related digital products.
- Lead the transition across scheduling systems.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage backlogs.
- Gather and analyse user feedback and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing optimization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Product Manager within the TV/Media/Film industry.
- Experience with Airtime Sales & Scheduling software including Landmark Rights & Scheduling, IBMS, MediaGenix What’s On, MYDAS, and Landmark Sales.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to deal with ambiguous requirements and translate them into roadmaps.
- Experience working with stakeholders up to C level.
