Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product delivery across portfolio management and capital-markets technology.

This role requires strong knowledge of investment management platforms, financial markets and the end-to-end trading lifecycle. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, investment professionals and engineering teams to define requirements, shape the product roadmap and deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product roadmap, backlog and prioritisation framework.
• Run requirements-gathering sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders and investment professionals.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and deliverable outcomes.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement and release-management activities.
• Use data, KPIs and OKRs to guide product decisions and measure success.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI tools to improve product delivery and team productivity.

Essential Experience

• Hands-on experience with portfolio management platforms such as Charles River, Aladdin or SimCorp.
• Strong capital-markets knowledge across equities and fixed income.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and investment professionals.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Strong product roadmap, backlog-management and prioritisation experience.
• Experience managing UAT through to business sign-off.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
