Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for Front Office users in the Commodities trading business.
- Enhance user satisfaction of Murex by resolving high-impact production issues.
- Drive platform improvements across the Murex environment.
- Work closely with traders and sales teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage production incidents, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in Financial Markets, focusing on Murex FO.
- Strong knowledge of Commodities trading, including trade capture, pricing, and real-time position management.
- Hands-on experience with Murex FO modules: Livebook, Simulation, RTBS, MxML Exchange, Pricing Templates, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, especially with Front Office users and developers.
