Summary: The role of Product Manager involves leading product management practices within a rapidly growing digital company focused on enhancing lifestyle services in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  • Help establish and embed product management best practices in a fast-scaling environment
  • Lead the creation of product roadmaps aligned with divisional goals across services
  • Work across squads with developers, designers, and product owners to deliver value quickly
  • Collaborate with SMEs to shape, translate, and prioritise requirements
  • Support the shift from short-term trade plans to longer-term, strategic product thinking (12–18 months+)
  • Drive reusable product capabilities across business units, not just within verticals
  • Input into the 6-month delivery plan and help shape what comes next

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a digital/eCommerce business
  • Strong delivery mindset with the ability to mobilise and mature product ways of working
  • Comfortable in cross-functional environments and working across multiple brands, business units, or services
  • Experience translating commercial, operational, and user requirements into clear product direction
  • A quick learner who can absorb domain knowledge fast
  • Ability to work closely with platform teams on areas like payments, CRM, and account security
  • Familiarity with omnichannel or pure-play eCommerce environments

Required is a Product Manager to help mobilise, mature, and embed product management across the organisation. You'll help move from siloed thinking to cross-business capabilities that can scale.
