Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for the product/family of products.
  • Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and address customer needs.
  • Achieve realistic delivery milestones.
  • Establish a robust and cost-effective support model.
  • Perform governance and quality risk management activities.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for the product team.
  • Deliver against finance metrics.
  • Plan resource needs based on product lifecycle requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to identify business challenges.
  • Deliver effective presentations to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Champion Agile practices within product teams.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Report on product OKRs and status.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal technology functions and stakeholders.
  • Coach peers and junior colleagues in product management.
  • Promote the Client’s values and adhere to accessibility and information security standards.
  • Drive promotional efforts for successful product adoption.
