Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for the product/family of products.
  • Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and address customer needs.
  • Achieve realistic delivery milestones.
  • Establish a robust and cost-effective support model.
  • Perform governance and quality risk management activities.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for the product team.
  • Deliver against finance metrics.
  • Plan resourcing needs based on product life cycle requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business challenges.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations.
  • Champion Agile practices and empower product teams.
  • Act as a bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Report on product OKRs and status.
  • Engage with senior leadership internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal technology functions and stakeholders.
  • Coach peers and junior colleagues in product management.
