Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the WMS product backlog.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap.
• Ensure stability and protection of the live WMS environment.
• Deliver product enhancements, including initiatives such as paperless loading.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into product outcomes.
• Drive Agile, backlog-led delivery and continuous improvement.
• Support the evolution and modernisation of the WMS platform.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven Product Manager experience within a WMS, warehouse or supply chain environment.
• Hands-on experience with RedPrairie / Blue Yonder / JDA WMS.
• Ideally experience within retail or food environments.
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience defining and owning product roadmaps.
• Experience managing live operational systems and ensuring service stability.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Desirable

• Experience with warehouse automation and robotics, including AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots).
• Experience with legacy WMS modernisation or migration.
