Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, clinical requirements, and evolving user needs.
  • Conduct user research and engage directly with users, mental health professionals, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, mental health experts, and SMEs to translate user insights and clinical guidelines into clear product features.
  • Navigate ambiguity in a complex domain by adapting to changing user needs and research findings.
  • Conduct market research to identify pain points and competitive opportunities within the mental health and wellness sector.
  • Prioritise features and manage the product backlog, balancing innovation with ethical standards and compliance.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within health tech, AI, or mental health domains.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications.
  • Proven track record of conducting user research and integrating findings into product strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly ambiguous, evolving domain.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and clinical.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for mental health and commitment to creating ethical, user-first AI products.

Salary (Rate): 550
