Summary: The Product Manager role at Cam AI involves developing and driving the product roadmap for a mental health-focused AI solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, clinical requirements, and evolving user needs.
- Conduct user research and engage directly with users, mental health professionals, and stakeholders to gather insights and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, mental health experts, and SMEs to translate user insights and clinical guidelines into clear product features.
- Navigate ambiguity in a complex domain by adapting to changing user needs and research findings.
- Conduct market research to identify pain points and competitive opportunities within the mental health and wellness sector.
- Prioritise features and manage the product backlog, balancing innovation with ethical standards and compliance.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within health tech, AI, or mental health domains.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications.
- Proven track record of conducting user research and integrating findings into product strategy.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly ambiguous, evolving domain.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including engineering and clinical.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills.
