Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert customers on web and app platforms, optimizing paywalls, landing pages, and checkout processes.
  • Develop a test and learn framework and identify opportunities for personalization and audience segmentation.
  • Manage and optimize subscription platforms, guiding the product roadmap and prioritizing tasks.
  • Strategize and run subscription user flows and marketing campaigns, ensuring data flow and integration.
  • Communicate the value proposition of subscription services to potential and existing customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the subscription experience and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user journeys and amplify journalism.
  • Implement and optimize onsite conversion assets using technical skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
