Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of current and future traveller needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with the Group Product Manager and stakeholders to refine product strategy.
  • Own the product roadmap and set objectives based on strategic goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of products, collaborating with various teams.
  • Build strong relationships with engineers, designers, and testers to deliver traveller-centric features.
  • Ensure well-defined epics and user stories are delivered efficiently.
  • Make feature trade-offs and prioritisation decisions balancing traveller needs with technical considerations.
  • Communicate the team’s work and progress to senior stakeholders and product leadership.

  • Proven experience in product management within an agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and UX design principles.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including writing user stories and documenting technical requirements.
  • Outstanding communication skills for articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and developing creative solutions.
  • Experience leading successful product discovery processes.
  • Familiarity with data and SQL, design tools like Figma and Miro, and Jira for agile development.
