Summary: The role of Product Manager – Data & SAP Transformation involves leading a newly established team focused on finance data transformation within a major SAP transformation programme. The position requires ownership of the product roadmap, collaboration with engineering teams, and driving improvements in data quality and governance. The successful candidate will manage dependencies and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. This is a 6-month contract role based in London or Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning and prioritising a product roadmap within a finance data domain.
- Working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Leading sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery activities.
- Driving improvements in data quality, governance, and operational processes.
- Managing dependencies and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting a large-scale SAP migration programme.
Key Skills:
- Strong Product Management experience in data-driven environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Strong understanding of data flows, data quality, and delivery management.
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive teams towards outcomes.
- Nice to Have: SAP migration or SAP transformation experience.
- SAP RISE programme exposure.
- Data governance experience.
- Finance systems or finance data domain knowledge.

This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of a strategic programme, helping shape new data flows, improve data quality, and drive successful delivery across product and engineering teams.
