Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog for content ingest initiatives (including requirements gathering, user story creation, ticket refinement, prioritisation and roadmap alignment)
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical teams and senior business stakeholders, balancing operational priorities, strategic objectives, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement of ingest workflows and operational processes across the media supply chain.
  • Support the optimisation and integration of ingest tooling, metadata workflows, quality control processes, and orchestration platforms.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management experience within Media / broadcast sector
  • Strong experience managing Agile product backlogs and working closely with engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across technical teams, operational users, and senior leadership.
  • Solid understanding of content ingest workflows within a broadcast or media ecosystem
  • Familiarity with broader ingest tooling ecosystem (e.g. Signiant, Aspera, Telestream, Cerify)
  • Awareness or experience with SDVI Rally or similar media supply chain orchestration platforms would be highly beneficial.
