Summary: The Product Manager for the Content Management System (CMS) will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of content delivery across digital platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and customer engagement. This hybrid role requires a blend of product management and content creation skills, with responsibilities including managing the CMS, developing content strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a digital B2C environment and a strong understanding of content management tools. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in the Manchester area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage business insights and consumer feedback to create and manage content across sales and service journeys on the website and app.
  • Collaborate with trading, product, and design teams to develop and maintain a content roadmap, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
  • Develop and implement a test & learn plan to optimize web and app content for customer engagement and conversion.
  • Own the vision and execution for the CMS tool (Contentful), ensuring it meets business needs and delivers a smooth user experience.
  • Establish and enforce publishing and archiving processes to ensure high-quality content management and brand consistency.

Key Skills:

  • At least 8 years of experience in a digital B2C environment.
  • Extensive experience with content management tools, preferably Contentful.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with product, trading, design, and engineering teams.
  • Experience in developing and executing test & learn strategies for content optimization.
  • Ability to implement structured processes around content publishing and archiving.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and creating engaging content.
