Summary: The Product Manager for Cloud & Data Platforms will play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation programme within the public sector, focusing on AWS and Data Platform roadmaps. This position requires collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain strategic product roadmaps across AWS and Data Platform initiatives
- Ensure roadmap priorities are progressing in line with programme objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cloud, and data teams
- Work closely with business and non-technical stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Support agile product delivery practices across multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate prioritisation discussions and roadmap planning activities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-facing updates
- Identify blockers, risks, and delivery challenges proactively
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working as a Product Manager within a public sector or highly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies
- Experience supporting cloud platform or AWS-related initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise Data Platforms or platform transformation programmes
- Proven experience managing or contributing to product roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

We are supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme within a major public sector environment and are looking to engage an experienced Product Manager to help drive the progression of strategic AWS and Data Platform roadmaps. This role will suit someone who is comfortable operating within complex enterprise environments, working closely with technical delivery teams, senior stakeholders, and platform specialists to ensure roadmap alignment, delivery progression, and effective communication across the programme.
