Summary: The role of Product Manager focuses on Business Process Mining within a consultancy specializing in business and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities:
- Define business requirements and success criteria for process mining tools.

- Build and manage evaluation scorecards to compare tools objectively.
- Present findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making.

We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. The end-client is in Consumer Goods. They are going to launch a formal market exercise (RFI/RFP) to learn about new trends and innovations in Business Process Mining and to evaluate whether they should switch to a more advanced tool. A Product Manager is required to translate business needs into vendor requirements, drive structured evaluation, and guide the client toward the right decision by balancing current gaps with future opportunities.
