• Establish and implement strategies to achieve sales targets based on regional product offerings.
• Review supply base with the Merchandising Manager and source new suppliers as needed.
• Conduct supplier visits and share market intelligence with UK teams.
• Set sales budgets for product categories and monitor sales against these budgets.
• Work with local office teams to ensure excellent service and quality in product offerings.
