Summary: The Product Manager - B2B SaaS role involves driving the development of a digital product suite for a leading information services company. This position requires collaboration with senior leadership to shape product vision and strategy, while managing a product roadmap informed by customer insights. The role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration between design and development, and in supporting go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the B2B SaaS sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape and communicate product vision and strategy.
  • Develop and manage a clear product roadmap informed by customer insight, user testing, and data.
  • Translate ideas into actionable product requirements and guide delivery with Engineering, Data, and Design teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration between UX/UI design and product development (mentoring a small team).
  • Support go-to-market planning with marketing and sales teams.
  • Track and deliver on key metrics like user engagement and product satisfaction.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of product management and/or delivery within information services or SaaS, preferably in B2B.
  • Agile / Scrum Master / Project Management Qualifications beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven track record of success in developing products with high quality user experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high quality customer research and translating needs into product ideas.
  • Experience in planning development roadmaps which correlate business strategy.
  • Influencing skills; interacting with stakeholders and leading / developing teams; with a customer led viewpoint.
  • Ability to uncover customer needs, translate those needs into a set of product features and gain alignment on the delivery with the Engineering organisation.
  • Ability to translate technical terminology to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and apply structure, rigour and priorities to your workload.
