Product Manager - AI Value & ROI

The Role

You'll own the workstream responsible for developing a robust, enterprise-wide approach to AI value quantification and ROI, looking beyond traditional productivity measures to understand the broader commercial and strategic impact of AI.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Define and develop the organisation's framework for measuring AI value and ROI across multiple AI consumption models, including Citizen AI, metered AI consumption and reusable agentic workflows.
• Establish a hierarchy of leading and lagging metrics that demonstrate AI value across productivity, revenue generation, cost reduction, cost avoidance and risk reduction.
• Build a credible, centralised AI value methodology that can ultimately support enterprise-wide forecasting and investment decisions.
• Develop approaches for measuring emerging areas such as agentic workspaces, AI agents and agentic commerce, identifying how these technologies could transform future operating models.
• Establish and report on "spend per outcome" metrics, gathering information and conducting interviews across multiple business areas.

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be commercially strong rather than purely technical. We're looking for someone who can connect AI investment to measurable business outcomes and confidently challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Strong experience in AI strategy, AI transformation, value realisation or AI investment/ROI.
• Proven experience developing business cases, value frameworks, benefits models or ROI methodologies for large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and agentic AI and how these technologies can create value across large organisations.
• Experience defining measurable KPIs across revenue, cost, productivity, risk and operational outcomes.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex initiatives into credible financial and business metrics.
