A Senior Product Manager is required to join our consultancy team on a contract basis.The opportunity:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered Platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions, working closely with a talented team of engineers, designers, and data scientists. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a rapidly growing platform within a dynamic and innovative environment.What you ll be doing:Vision Setting:Develop and champion a compelling product vision and strategy for the AI Platform, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.Conduct thorough market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and e-commerceRoadmap Creation & Backlog Planning:Translate the product vision into a clear and actionable roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.Manage and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest product strategy and stakeholder feedback.Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadershipEffectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress updates to stakeholders at all levels.Proactively gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to foster alignment and buy-inWork with the Development Team:Partner closely with the engineering team throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to provide product guidance and ensure timely delivery.Remove roadblocks and facilitate communication between the product and engineering teams.Manage Expectations & Evaluate Value:Set realistic expectations with stakeholders regarding timelines, resources, and deliverables.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the platform and individual features.Analyse product usage data and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Continuously iterate on the product based on data-driven insights and user feedback.What we want from you:Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.Experience working within a large-scale organization, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and decision-making processes.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across different teams and levels.Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of initiatives and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Passion for AI, machine learning, and the future of e-commerce.Experience with agile development methodologies.Our personality and behaviors: We believe that we are what we do, not just what we say.
