p>Product Manager - AI/ChatBot
A Leading Financial Services business are looking to hire an experienced Product Manager, ideally with experience across AI/Chat Bot Implementations.
- 600 - 770 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella or PAYE only)
- The role is an initial 12 month contract with scope to roll into a couple of years
- The role is a Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office, 2 from home)

Role Overview
- Work as part of the product and client experience team to deliver an extraordinary client experience and product across the entire product life cycle (discovery, design, delivery, QA, and release) - this role will be focusing on Contact Centre technology
- Gain a deep understanding of our target clients, our competitors, our business, our industry and regulations in order to drive new solutions and products that drive the financial success of our clients and help to scale our business
- You will be a senior member of the team and help coach more junior members
- Work together with UX designers and Engineers to discover and deliver new product features and experiences; translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes for the product
- Drive prioritisation activities and manage the product backlog; write JIRA tickets, own your product's roadmap
- Gather and manage client/product feedback through methods such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing, and competitive Intel
- Work on some exciting technology and help drive the role out of new AI products
- Own development of and monitoring of key product/user experience metrics
- Within this role you will also act as the Product Owner
Key Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or related discipline
- You are client focused always and have a demonstrated track record of building user experiences and products that customers love
- You are comfortable in agile development methodologies
- You have excellent critical thinking skills; you are data driven and develop hypotheses to test
- You are an excellent communicator and skilled at stakeholder management
- You have strong technical intuition and love good design; you are comfortable discussing technology with engineers and architects as well as user flow with UX strategists.
- You are extraordinarily organised and can manage deadlines and schedules and trade-offs
- You are pragmatic and understand how to navigate in a highly regulated environment including managing external and internal dependencies
- Previous experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking would be hugely advantageous
