Summary: The Product Manager role at a leading financial services firm focuses on wealth and investment management products, requiring direct relevant experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and ongoing refinement of key propositions, including model portfolios, risk-rated solutions, and DFM offerings.
  • Ensure alignment with client strategies and track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure the proposition meets all regulatory standards and maintain documentation for proposition changes and reviews.
  • Oversee the performance of model portfolios and investment solutions, producing regular performance reports and MI for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and maintain key client materials, including factsheets and educational content.
  • Collaborate with digital and platform teams to ensure integration into client portals and adviser tools, driving automation and efficiency in delivery and rebalancing of model portfolios.

Key Skills:

  • Product management background within investment management, wealth management, or financial planning.
  • Deep understanding of model portfolios and discretionary investment services.
  • Good knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Qualifications such as CFA, IMC etc. are a plus.

Talent Frame are pleased to working with a leading financial services firm on a Product Manager role focused on wealth and investment management products. (Please note, this is NOT a technology PM role. Please only apply if you have directly relevant experience.) This role can be based in either London or Birmingham. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposition Strategy & Development
  • Lead the design, development, and ongoing refinement of key proposition, including model portfolios, risk-rated solutions, and DFM offerings.
  • Ensure alignment with client strategies.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Product Governance
  • Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure the proposition meets all regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation for proposition changes and reviews.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
