Summary: The role of In Life Store & XSUS Product Owner/Manager involves supporting the delivery of digital customer journeys across web and app platforms within a fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of the In Life product roadmap in line with business priorities.
  • Gather and articulate customer needs, user insights, and market trends to shape feature development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate high-level goals into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring stories are prioritised based on value and feasibility.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and analysts to deliver clear, actionable requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile delivery practices.
  • Act as the point of contact for your product area, aligning cross-functional teams on objectives and progress.
  • Communicate roadmap updates and key decisions to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Use data and performance insights to inform prioritisation and continuous improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role within a digital, customer-facing environment.
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • Exposure to eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based business models is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and web technologies.
  • Ability to analyse data and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
  • Comfortable breaking down complex features into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Awareness of commercial KPIs and the role product can play in improving performance.
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, CMS, tagging, integration points) is beneficial.

My client, an innovative accelerator company specializing in digital transformation, working with a diverse range of clients is looking for a strong In Life Store & XSUS Product Owner to join their fast-paced In Life team , focused on delivering customer-first journeys that drive growth and engagement.

Role Overview

As an Product Owner, you’ll support the delivery of best-in-class digital journeys across our web and app platforms. You’ll work closely with design, development, commercial, and analytics teams to define product requirements, prioritise backlogs, and ensure we’re delivering experiences that meet customer and business needs. This is a great opportunity for someone with some product ownership experience looking to grow in a large, agile digital environment.
