Key Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain product customer journeys and touchpoints.
• Work with project teams to identify impacted web pages, marketing collateral, and operational processes.
• Ensure key product messages are consistently applied in marketing communications.
• Act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end process flows of customer journeys.
• Assess potential customer detriment and propose mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve customer journeys.
