Summary: The Product Manager role at People’s Partnership focuses on being a subject matter expert in documenting and maintaining customer journeys for pension products. Key Responsibilities:
- Document and maintain product customer journeys and touchpoints.
- Work with project teams to identify impacted web pages, marketing collateral, and operational processes.
- Ensure key product messages are consistently applied in marketing communications.
- Act as a subject matter expert for end-to-end process flows of customer journeys.
- Assess potential customer detriment and propose mitigation strategies.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve customer journeys.
Key Skills:
- Strong written and numerical ability (English and Mathematics).
- Experience in documenting and updating customer journeys.
- Proven interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing tasks.
