Summary: The PLM Process Developer (Windchill) role involves modernizing legacy applications and designing efficient workflows within the Windchill framework to enhance product development. The position is based in Bristol and offers a hybrid working arrangement, typically requiring one day on-site and three days remote. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement PLM processes and create insightful data visualizations. Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance and possess a strong background in PLM frameworks, particularly Windchill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legacy System Modernisation – Analyse, design, and convert existing applications and processes into a scalable and maintainable Windchill-based solution.
• PLM Process Development – Implement state management, system modelling, and data interoperability within the Windchill framework.
• Data Visualisation & Reporting – Work with data analysts and customers to create insightful PLM dashboards and business reports.
• Collaboration & Integration – Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to understand PLM requirements and leverage Windchill’s capabilities for enhanced process efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Strong background in PLM frameworks, with expertise in Windchill highly desirable.
• Experience in Teamcenter, Propel, or PDExpert, with a willingness to transition to Windchill.
• Knowledge of PLM process state management, system modelling, and heterogeneous data management.
• Experience in Change & Configuration Management, Test Management, Manufacturing Process Management, CAD & Digital Mock-ups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and senior stakeholders.
• Logical thinker with the ability to translate complex information into clear, structured workflows.
