Job Title: PLM Trainer – NX (Milling & Turning)

Job Location: Derby, UK

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PLM Trainer to deliver instructor-led training sessions at the Client site in Derby, UK. The trainer will be responsible for delivering training using Client course delivery materials and ensuring participants gain practical understanding of Milling and Turning operations within the Siemens NX environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver face-to-face PLM training sessions at the Client location in Derby.
• Facilitate training using Client-provided course materials.
• Provide hands-on guidance on NX Milling and Turning processes.
• Support participants in understanding manufacturing workflows within the NX environment.
• Address participant queries and ensure effective knowledge transfer during training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality training standards and align with client expectations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens NX, specifically Milling and Turning modules.
• Prior experience delivering technical or PLM training sessions.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and CNC machining concepts.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for in-person training delivery.
• Ability to deliver structured training using predefined course materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience delivering training for engineering or manufacturing organizations.
• Previous exposure to PLM environments within aerospace or heavy engineering industries.
• Familiarity with corporate training environments and instructor-led learning.
