Product & Innovation Manager - Legal Technology/AI
An established law firm is seeking a Product & Innovation Manager to drive the development and adoption of AI-enabled products, legal technology solutions and innovative digital services.
This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract opportunity to cover maternity
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience within a law firm's, or legal tecnology experienced background innovation, legal technology, knowledge management or transformation function.
- Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI, including practical applications within legal services.
- Experience in product management, product development and managing technology-enabled services.
- Ability to identify, develop and deliver innovative solutions that improve efficiency, client service and commercial value.
- Experience managing technology suppliers, product roadmaps, testing and implementation.
- Knowledge of legal technology, including document automation, AI-powered document analysis, eDiscovery or workflow tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving technology adoption and change.
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, information security and responsible AI.
