Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support product experiences, events and experiential activations.
  • Translate event briefs, product priorities, audience requirements and budgets into effective experience plans.
  • Manage approximately five or six events simultaneously, each with different scopes, budgets and timelines.
  • Provide production and logistics expertise across experience design, demonstrations, staffing, technology and onsite delivery.
  • Deliver confident and engaging live product demonstrations, including “white-glove” experiences for VIP audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Communications, Policy, Creative, Legal and Data Science teams.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, vendors and event budgets.
  • Train onsite teams and coordinate the hardware needed to represent products successfully.
  • Develop processes and playbooks that make product experiences more consistent and scalable.
  • Build measurement plans, evaluate event effectiveness and turn results into compelling post-event narratives.
  • Respond calmly and decisively to changing product direction and live production challenges.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience delivering live events, product experiences or experiential activations, ideally eight to ten years.
  • At least five years of client-facing experience in event production, experiential marketing or a creative agency.
  • Experience managing complex, high-profile events in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong judgement and the ability to make sense of rapidly changing situations.
  • Confident public-speaking and presentation skills, ideally including live product demonstrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder-management skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong storytelling skills, including building narratives from event briefs and performance data.
  • Flexibility to travel internationally and occasionally work early mornings or evenings.

Desirable experience

  • Experience producing events or demonstrations involving consumer technology, hardware or software.
  • Knowledge of XR, AR or VR products.
  • Hands-on device troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience within a large, global technology business or matrixed organisation.

We are not looking for someone focused solely on event logistics.

The successful producer will be strategic, collaborative, technically curious and comfortable presenting products to high-profile audiences.
