Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on current car internal & external customer KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and effectively communicating vehicle line statuses.
• Govern PD AIMS with integrity, ensuring the robustness of current car aims deck for owned vehicle lines.
• Serve as a key contact for the Plant Vehicle Team, offering technical and problem-solving support to the Manufacturing plant.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to reduce functional faults from external customer issues, enhancing product quality.
• Support Change Management by coordinating engineering running change implementation and ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Act as an Agile Product Owner for squads within the PVT Central teams, driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Skills:

• An Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an Engineering function.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt qualification, showcasing problem-solving prowess.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with Agile Frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE) and planning tools such as Jira is highly advantageous.
• A well-organised, methodical approach, with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
