Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve and manage the company's design system to create scalable, modern systems that align with various brand identities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product teams, to maintain and expand the design system.
- Ensure products meet accessibility, localisation, and brand standards.
- Support documentation and guidelines for the design system, promoting best practices across the team.
- Continuously optimise UI and design system through testing and data-driven insights.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships, delivering clear insights and recommendations.
Key Skills:
- Experience working for a very large well-known consumer brand (e.g., Trivago, Hotels.com, Booking.com).
- Proven experience building and launching design systems, with a deep understanding of interaction design principles and accessibility.
- Previous collaboration within design teams, product, and engineering departments.
- Experience with responsive web and native app design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Tokens Studio, Github, and Confluence.
- Up to date with the latest guidelines.

With a presence across multiple countries and a portfolio that includes iconic venues, innovative ticketing solutions, and award-winning productions, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of digital experiences at scale. We’re looking for a UI Product Designer with strong design system expertise and broader product design skills. You will play a key part in evolving and managing design systems for their products, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across both web and native apps. This is not a pure UI role — it's about creating cohesive, user-friendly interfaces and ensuring consistency across the platform. This is a full-time, contract role based in their zone 1 London office 2 days per week, reporting to the Head of Product Design.
