Summary: The Senior Product Designer will join a leading global live entertainment group's digital team in London, focusing on enhancing the mobile app experience for users and entertainment producers. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and encompasses the entire design lifecycle, from research to delivery. The designer will be responsible for ensuring accessibility and contributing to the design system while effectively communicating with stakeholders. The position is outside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver products
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to meet user and business needs
- Conduct and apply user research to inform and validate designs
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs
- Ensure accessibility and contribute to the design system
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and influence through insights
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in an Agile environment with a strong focus on e-commerce and B2C
- Experience in end-to-end product design development in mobile-first responsive web environments
- Strong UX/UI, interaction design, and service design skills
- Skilled in user research, prototyping, and design systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
