Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new growth opportunities and validate strategies through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy and Product Manager.
• Design experiments to test hypotheses related to product growth.
• Work with external engineers and agencies to implement ideas.
• Engage regularly with agencies and third-party suppliers.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience working in-house on software products with agile product teams.
• Experience in designing and building high-performing native apps (iOS or Android) and responsive web designs.
• Experience in taking new business concepts from 0-1.
• Extensive experience with Figma.
• Experience in fintech and regulatory environments (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with agencies and suppliers.
