Summary: The Product Designer role involves collaborating with a diverse team of experts to create impactful designs for products and services used by millions. Candidates should be comfortable working on multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities. Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, or Thai is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with designers and product teams on various projects.
- Engage in creative problem-solving and apply iOS design patterns.
- Communicate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Contribute to the evolution of established design systems.
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to new information and priorities.
- Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and define software products.
- Take and apply feedback constructively in a collaborative environment.
- Lead projects and influence product features through creative thinking.
- Utilize modern design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- Make inclusive design choices considering cultural impacts.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.).
- Strong communication skills.
- Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary design environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leading projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with established design systems.
- Proactive approach to ambiguous situations.
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, or Thai (preferred but not required).
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute to team discussions.

- Ability to clearly communicate concepts and designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution.
- Proactive approach to ambiguous situations, creating clarity without direction and defining software products from the ground up.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to take and apply feedback constructively.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to contribute to team discussions and decisions.
- A track record of project leadership, creative thinking, and cross functional collaboration in support of influencing product features.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Keynote, and prototyping tools.
- Awareness of cultural impact on design and a desire to make inclusive design choices.
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, or Thai is a plus. Not required.
