Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure acquisition and communication of product description data and assets within deadlines.
- Represent product description data in project meetings and provide updates on data status.
- Engage with vendors for data collection and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
- Lead the end-to-end product description data collection process.
- Validate data against model principles and support translation queries.
- Communicate risks and potential mitigations affecting range changes.
- Become proficient in the use of PIM and Vendor Portal.
- Collaborate with Change Control and PIM Development teams.

What's the job? The roles’ purpose is to ensure that OEB (own exclusive brands) product description data and assets are acquired, translated and communicated within the agreed deadlines across all the KF Group. Those data and assets will be used for multiple purposes such as; packaging and online throughout the Group. You will be the representative of product description data in Project meetings with Category teams providing updates to current data status against CPA, raising any concerns and mitigating any risks to data delivery. A key area of focus will be to work with Vendors to collect data ensuring that all data is collected and available for all channels within the agreed deadlines.
Project Lead the E2E PDD Collection process this includes: Supporting the range team with data pre-population Vendor engagement, training and onboarding to PIM Ensuring with vendors achieve agreed collection SLA though PIM and Vendor Portal Data validation against data model principles Send to translation and support with queries Responsible for the delivery of validated and translated PDD, Packaging data and assets Ensure that risks and potential mitigations affecting range change are raised and communicated as required. Becoming fully competent in use of PIM and Vendor Portal Work closely with the Change Control and PIM Development teams
