Product Delivery Manager (Fluid Systems)

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Fluid Systems digital capability, roadmap and delivery backlog.
• Deliver and integrate engineering tools for system simulation, CFD/thermal analysis, CAD, configuration management and test data.
• Ensure requirements, models, analysis and test evidence are connected through the digital thread.
• Work with engineers and stakeholders to understand and prioritise requirements.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, partner companies and suppliers.
• Manage budgets, risks, resources, vendors and delivery performance.
• Establish standards, governance and data-management practices.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of digital engineering tools and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience in aerospace/defence and digital engineering, ideally around Fluid Systems.
• Good understanding of model-based engineering, simulation and engineering toolchains.
• Experience delivering complex technical capabilities across multiple teams and suppliers.
• Strong product, project/programme and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable establishing new capabilities and working in complex, evolving environments.
