Product Delivery Manager, £600 per day inside IR35

Bench IT urgently require an experienced Product Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering and managing the Innovation Platform, ensuring the service roadmap, enhancements, and support services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in line with business and customer objectives.
The role provides leadership across internal teams and third-party partners, coordinating delivery across product, technology, service operations, and managed service functions. It combines project delivery, agile execution, service transition, supplier management, operational governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery of the Innovation platform and roadmap, aligned to agreed priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead delivery across internal teams and third-party providers, including offshore development and support partners.
- Work with Product, infrastructure, architecture and stakeholders teams to turn roadmap priorities into delivery plans, outcomes, and releases.
- Manage third-party suppliers and development partners, ensuring quality, accountability, performance, and service support.
- Oversee operational readiness, reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement across the platform and services.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and contingency plans.
- Own resource and capacity planning to meet roadmap priorities, project commitments, operational demand, and budget forecasts.
- Ensure delivery and service activities comply with organisational, governance, legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
Required Experience
- Strong experience in project delivery, service delivery, agile delivery, or similar leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud products, Azure DevOps, and related services.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers, outsourced development partners, and offshore delivery teams.
- Experience delivering product or platform roadmap initiatives, including planning, execution, and transition into support
- Experience with budget management, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Awareness of governance, legal, regulatory, and security requirements relevant to delivery and service operations.
