Summary: The Product & Marketing Executive role at Vedere Travel is a pivotal position focused on developing and launching a new luxury travel division. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of worldwide luxury hotels, resorts and DMCs
- Leverage and develop supplier relationships, negotiating rates and added value
- Secure marketing contributions and budgets to support campaigns and events
- Lead the launch and development of Vedere Luxury as a new division
- Oversee a major website project (120+ pages) including content, structure and design input
- Support SEO best practice (experience beneficial but not essential)
- Manage and deliver social media content, ensuring a strong, consistent luxury aesthetic
- Work closely with leadership on brand, positioning and growth strategy
Key Skills:
- Experience within a luxury tour operator or high-end travel business
- Strong knowledge of global luxury hotels and destinations
- Existing supplier relationships highly desirable
- Confident negotiating rates and commercial agreements
- Strong eye for detail, presentation and brand

About Us
Following a period of sustained growth, we are expanding our team at Vedere Travel. We are a fast-growing, founder-led luxury travel business, and as part of our next phase we are launching Vedere Luxury — a dedicated division focused on high-end leisure travel to sit alongside our established sporting product. This is a key hire and will play a central role in building and launching this new side of the business.
The Role
This is a unique, high-impact position combining both product and marketing. You will take ownership of developing our global luxury hotel and travel experience portfolio while also leading how that product is brought to market — from website content through to campaigns and brand presence. You will play a pivotal role in launching Vedere Luxury as a standalone offering.

Working Pattern
This is a full-time role. Typical working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, however this is a flexible and dynamic environment, not a traditional 9–5. The nature of the role — particularly around launches, campaigns and deadlines — requires a proactive and adaptable approach.
