Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end production of experiential campaigns, pop-ups, and immersive brand experiences.
• Collaborate with in-house designers and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Source and manage artists, performers, and specialist collaborators.
• Own project timelines, scopes, and budgets from kick-off to wrap-up.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Handle permits, insurances, health & safety, and logistics for events.
• Manage on-the-ground delivery and troubleshoot in real-time.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in creative production and project management in events or experiential sectors.
• Confidence in managing immersive installations and branded pop-ups.
• Hands-on attitude with a solutions-first mindset.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
