Summary: This full-time hybrid role for a Producer in London involves overseeing the end-to-end production process for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Producer will manage project planning, client communication, budget oversight, and collaboration with creative teams to ensure high-quality content delivery. The position requires a proactive self-starter with a minimum of five years of production experience, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the main point of contact for clients on projects
  • Attending meetings with clients
  • Booking crew, kit + managing all logistics for shoots
  • Scoping, creating and managing budgets for projects
  • Scheduling and managing both in-house and freelance resources to ensure a project is delivered on time and on budget
  • Keeping an up-to-date running budget at all times in order to report back to HOP regularly, and cost reporting at the end of every project
  • Ensuring the project runs smoothly and on time, keeping clients and internal teams in the loop throughout
  • Managing invoice submissions for projects
  • Providing support to other producers where required on their own projects (e.g. holiday cover)
  • Producing call-sheets and risk assessments and other shoot paperwork
  • Producing PPM and other supporting documents for meetings ahead of shoots
  • Creating a thorough SOW at the start of every project
  • Managing talent contracts and being able to negotiate on fees
  • Managing and building relationships with clients
  • Liaising with Head of Production to assist with administrative tasks
  • Occasional travel within the UK or abroad for shoots if they require

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in production
  • Proven experience managing a range of project sizes and budgets (both large and small)
  • Experience with digital content, TVC, animations, photography, ideally some commercial experience as well as smaller scale social media and PR content
  • Experience with Clearcast and delivering TVC campaigns
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, with excellent people management skills
  • Understanding of usage fees, licensing, contracts and APA regs
  • Proactive self-starter, able to prioritise and manage own time efficiently
  • A keen eye for detail, able to feedback on creative and edits confidently
  • Confident dealing with Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets for budgeting
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Familiar with video formats, aspect ratios and online/social platforms
  • A sound understanding of production processes

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Producer based in London for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The Producer will oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Responsibilities include project planning, client and stakeholder communication, budget and timeline management, and collaboration with creative teams to deliver high-quality content. The Producer will also ensure that all deliverables align with client goals while maintaining efficient workflows and problem-solving when necessary. Salary: £40k-£45k DOE

Nuts 'n' Bolts - Ideal start date end Jan / early Feb 2026 - 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend to a permanent position - Starting salary of £40-£45k dependent on experience - 23 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays) + 1x additional day per year of service - Christmas shutdown, meaning 3 extra days off in between Christmas and New Year - Flexible working, we try to attend the office one day a week

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, with excellent people management skills, both with teams and clients. As well as being able to juggle multiple jobs at a time
