Summary: The Procurement & Sustainability Graduate role at Rentokil Initial focuses on supporting the Group Procurement and Sustainability department in enhancing social and environmental impacts while driving profitability. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with category experts in Direct and Indirect Procurement to maximize value and reduce costs.
• Engage in supply chain planning and finance to build skills and gain exposure across the function.
• Support the Sustainability team in delivering initiatives related to products such as Pest Chemicals, Hardware, and Consumables.
• Organize and track data that supports key metrics.
• Deploy various initiatives that add value to the organization.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain relationships with external suppliers.
• Participate in ongoing graduate training and group projects.

Key Skills:

• Recent graduate within the last 4 years.
