  • Overseeing and coordinating the daily operational activities of the Procurement Support Team, ensuring effective task assignment and performance monitoring.
  • Managing the raising of purchase order requests, license contract renewals, and negotiating quotes from suppliers.
  • Addressing purchasing escalations and providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost saving and efficiency improvements, utilizing team resources to achieve these goals.
  • Tracking area performance, resolving issues, and providing feedback on efficiency areas for improvement.
