Key Responsibilities:

• Contributing to governance reviews and presenting supply chain elements of solutions.
• Developing supplier relationship management (SRM) strategy and conducting regular supplier meetings.
• Maintaining a comprehensive risk register to capture and mitigate P&SC-borne risks.
• Creating and delivering sustainable value by enhancing quality, service, capability, and ESG compliance.
• Providing leadership and education to operational teams on P&SC practices and policies.
• Delivering resilience and best practice sharing across the Land Training business.
• Implementing and delivering on the Group / Land P&SC strategy and objectives.
• Traveling to operational sites and team meetings across the UK as required.
