We're partnering with Siemens Energy to find a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join their Aeroderivative Gas Turbine Procurement Team. This is a high-impact role where you'll help build a competitive, transparent, and sustainable supply chain that supports the transition to affordable clean energy.

What You'll Be DoingYou'll take ownership of key procurement activities, including:Developing and implementing commodity strategies across regional and non-pooled categoriesLeading supplier negotiations-covering pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual termsDriving strategic sourcing decisions and preparing sourcing board approvalsBuilding and managing strong supplier relationships, contributing to preferred supplier frameworksAnalysing market trends and data insights to optimise procurement performanceMonitoring supplier performance and leading cost-out and efficiency initiativesIdentifying and mitigating procurement risks with forward-thinking strategiesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract alignment with business needsManaging strategic projects, including product reactivation programmes
What We're Looking ForWe're keen to speak with experienced procurement professionals who bring:Proven experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or project procurement within complex global environmentsStrong commercial and contractual expertise with proven negotiation successAdvanced Excel and data analysis skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication abilitiesKnowledge of component manufacturing processes and quality standardsExperience working within a global, matrix organisationA Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced qualification is a plus)
